TradingView access is granted within one business day of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been activated on your TradingView username.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time using the billing portal link in your Stripe receipt email. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after access is granted but remain active for the full 12 months.
Email TradingView@MyB2B.ca immediately with your order number and the correct username. We will update the access record. This is not grounds for a refund.
No. Access is granted per TradingView username. Each username requires a separate subscription.
