These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between MyB2B Inc., a corporation registered in Canada ("MyB2B", "we", "us"), and the individual or entity accessing or using the SessionEdge EURUSD indicator, in either its Lite or Premium version ("you", "the User").
SessionEdge EURUSD is a TradingView Pine Script indicator. It analyzes market conditions and displays potential trade setups on the EURUSD 5-minute chart. It does not execute trades, manage accounts, or operate as an automated trading system.
The Lite version is made available to the public at no cost. The Premium version is made available exclusively to users who hold an active paid subscription.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MyB2B grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the indicator for your personal or internal business trading purposes.

The indicator is a technical analysis tool. Nothing produced by the indicator constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions are made solely by the User.
Trading foreign exchange, indices, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. MyB2B is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
Past signal quality, historical results, or any illustrative examples do not guarantee future results. The indicator may generate false signals, miss setups, or perform differently under varying market conditions. MyB2B makes no representation regarding profitability.
Premium access requires a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled. You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation, through the billing portal link provided in your receipt email.
All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. MyB2B reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
Refund eligibility is governed by the MyB2B Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at MyB2B.ca/refund-policy.
MyB2B may revoke access to the Premium indicator at any time without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the support system. Access is automatically revoked upon cancellation or non-renewal of your subscription.
The SessionEdge EURUSD indicator, including its logic, design, and associated documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of MyB2B Inc. All rights are reserved. Your subscription grants access to use the indicator, not ownership of it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyB2B shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the indicator, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if MyB2B has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall MyB2B's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
The indicator is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. MyB2B expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
MyB2B reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at MyB2B.ca/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the indicator after the posted effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
