MyB2B Inc. sells digital access to the SessionEdge EURUSD Premium TradingView indicator. Because access is delivered electronically and cannot be returned, our refund policy is limited. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Once TradingView access has been granted to your username, the purchase is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you have actively used the indicator.
If TradingView access was not successfully granted within two business days of purchase, and this failure was caused by an error on our end (not an incorrect username provided at checkout), you are entitled to a full refund.
To request a refund under this condition, email TradingView@MyB2B.ca with your order number and TradingView username within 7 days of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your renewal date using the billing portal link in your original receipt email. Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges that occurred because a cancellation request was not submitted before the billing date.
If you entered an incorrect TradingView username at checkout and access was granted to the wrong account, contact us immediately at TradingView@MyB2B.ca. We will correct the username at our discretion. This does not entitle you to a refund.
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once access has been granted, including early cancellation. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
MyB2B reserves the right to issue a goodwill refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. The existence of this provision does not create an obligation to do so.
